Apprenticeships at J&P Group

Apprenticeships have been at the heart of our company since its founding. We work closely with local schools, colleges, and technical academies to develop a steady pipeline of future engineering talent.

Our apprentices train on industry-leading equipment and have the opportunity to apply their learning in real-world environments—gaining an edge over conventional training programs.

We also support progression beyond the apprenticeship, with opportunities to pursue higher-level qualifications and degrees, all without the financial burden of university tuition.
